Booking & Scheduling

  • We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Same-day bookings may be available depending on staff availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

  • If you need to adjust your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Service Guarantee

  • We stand by our work. If you’re not completely satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are based on home size, number of rooms, and type of cleaning service.

  • At this time, we only provide services for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms listed on our website.

  • Payment is collected online at the time of booking.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and secure online payments through our website.

  • Optional tips can be given at the end of the service if you wish.

Supplies & Equipment

  • SparkleUpClean provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment.

  • If you have specific products you want us to use, please let us know in advance.

Access to Home

  • Please provide safe and easy access to your home for our cleaning team.

  • If pets are present, ensure they are safely secured during cleaning.
